What can I contact Pawometer about?
Write to [email protected] about corrections to breed or weight data, questions for or about our reviewing veterinarian, embedding the free widget on a clinic, shelter or rescue website, press and interview requests, and partnership ideas. Include the page URL when reporting an error so we can fix it quickly.
- Corrections: a breed weight, a formula result or a cited source that looks wrong. Tell us the page and what you expected.
- Veterinary review: questions about how content is checked, or inquiries from veterinarians interested in reviewing.
- Widget and embeds: help placing the calculator on your site, or a branded certificate for your adopters.
- Press: interviews, data requests and image use.
How quickly will I hear back, and what can't you help with?
We answer every email within 3 business days, usually sooner. We cannot answer medical questions about a specific dog or cat, including symptoms, medication, diet or whether to see a vet; those need a veterinarian who can examine your animal. If your pet is unwell, contact your local clinic or an emergency service now.
Privacy requests, such as viewing or deleting the data linked to your email address, are handled at the same address and are explained in our privacy policy. Please write from the email address you used on the site so we can locate your record. Our team is small and dog-loving, and we read everything, including the photos.
